08:58  Cashier at register 3: shelf prices and register prices don't match.
       Bananas ring up at $14.99 a pound.
09:12  Price problems at all six registers. Customers complaining; line is
       out the door. Busiest Saturday of the month (holiday weekend).
09:25  Inventory screen shows "OUT OF STOCK" for hundreds of items that are
       sitting on the shelves. Online pickup orders are being cancelled
       automatically.
09:40  Card payments failing about 1 time in 3: "Declined - timeout".
       Cash only at registers 5 and 6.
10:05  Office PC and registers are very slow. Security camera video freezing.
10:20  Called the IT support intern (you). The break-room computer was left
       on overnight; employees and some customers use it to check email.
       Customer Wi-Fi password is posted on the front window.
